This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of information that we gather when you are accessing or using our website or services or when you contact us in any manner. For example, when setting up new customer, we collect Personal Information, such as name and e-mail address, to provide them with our embroidery services. Maby Group LTD is the Parent Company T/A Badge Design: We may also share your personal data with our Sister companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. This will only happen if the services/products required can only be completed by using items in another establishment that we co-own.

Protection of Badge Design and Others: We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our agreements with you and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Badge Design, our employees, our users, or others.

Disclosures for National Security or Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Information in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

We are responsible for, and this Privacy Policy does apply to, the privacy practices of : Badge-Design.co.uk, MusicStandBanners.co.uk & PrimateSports.co.uk  All companies are co-owned and are sister companies in which Maby Group LTD are directly involved in. We may use printing & clothing services from any which company if Badge Design cannot fulfil an order. The linked Sites will not collect any more information than stated in this Privacy Policy. We do not link any sites to our website that aren't within our administrative control.

Children

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
